Description
The Scriani Valpolicella Superiore is made up of Corvina 60%, Corvinone 20%, Rondinella 10%, Molinara 7% and Oseleta 3% The grapes are hand cropped when they are extremely ripe. Vinification in red with the wine makers system with approximate 15 days of maceration on the grapes skins and fermentation occurring at a natural temperature. Refinement in oak casks for about 12 months and then for another 3 months in the bottle. This wine is deep ruby red in colour, harmonious, fruity and enjoyable. Excellent to be drunk with with roasted meats, roast lamb and matured cheeses!
